I am friends with a lot of Alpha Phis but I'm in a different sorority, so I can't give you an exact answer. But you can't live in any houses until AT LEAST sophomore year (some houses, you won't get a shot at living in it until junior year). I am living in our house as a junior this year. Their house will most likely be finished before next Fall. This is the last thing I heard, anyway.
