I'd actually place ADPi below A Phi just because I think A Phis are more approachable and laid back. In my experience A Phis are much friendlier than ADPis to girls who aren't in their house. OP asked who the friendliest houses were. Both houses are still much nicer than the ones listed below them though. I'd even include a large gap after A Phi and ADPi to separate them from the rest of the houses. Also, having a house has nothing to do with how friendly girls are or how good their sisterhood is. Chi Os have to live in the house with their pledge class and just look at how awful their sisterhood is (and they're notorious for being flat out mean girls)...Some houses just value nice girls and sisterhood more (Pi Phi, Alpha Chi, etc.)
