minority (whatever that means) it's usually self selection not inherent racism. most minorities don't gel with the bro culture or whatever you want to call it that's in fraternities in general. drinking, partying tends not to appeal to them as much OR they're not as well off so the extra cost and class divide puts them off most people are pretty accepting as long as you get along with them well, regardless of race
