Dude, you're setting your sights too high. The big 4 probably won't do spring rush because they don't need to. Not sure about Chi Phi. They're still under that shadow from being on probation for a year. Look at the other houses. Chi Psi, Pi Kapp, Sigma Chi might be worth looking at.
