Recruitment was such a negative experience for me that I'm thinking about transferring. I feel embarrassed and confused because I don't even know what I did to be cut by so many houses. I had some extenuating circumstances, but I'm just so hurt that these houses couldn't take a chance on me. I'm not sure what to do.
