A SigEp bro took the accused's iphone hoping that he wouldn't drive away from SigEp without it. But he did. Then returned to SigEp. Then drove off again. Then the deaths and the driver was transported to hospital. Police got a search warrant for the iphone but it was not at the hospital. Later a SigEp delivers it to parents (at the hospital??), who then take it back to their home. Police go to house and parents turn it over. Lots of problems and dangers.
