any national fraternity or sorority cannot legally have alcohol in an official house, which is a house owned/paid for by the organization. It might be a set back, but they're just following the rules so they don't get their house taken away by nationals. If other national organizations do it then they're just taking the risk. Doesn't make an organization any worse or better just because they can throw parties in their house.
