To all the incoming Freshman that come to this website to get more information on what greek life at U of I, this is not the place to go. This website is full of people trying to better the views of their own fraternity or sorority and worsen the views of others. Join whatever house you feel the most comfortable at, not the "coolest" or "best" one. I was a freshman last year and I turned down multiple bids to different "top houses" to pledge a house that is less popular and I can honestly say that I have never second guessed my decision. Also, don't be afraid to go to some rush parties for houses that are "bottom tier" because you might end up really liking the guys in that house.
