GPA, while obviously impt, is not everything in life or in a sorority. You also cant compare GPAs, a pre-med major with business, an education with engineering, all colleges have different levels of grade inflation, all professors curve differently. Yes, grades matter and if you have a high GPA good for you, but what im saying is you cant just mush it together and say one house (or one person) is smarter than another
