length of time that matters is the last 4 years. Everyone before that is an alum and therefore irrelevant to the discussion of who is currently the best. Ever think that guys like those 4 houses because they are fun and not obsessed with rank - and that is why they are higher. They might not even be around longer or physically more attractive - but they are strong where it counts - fun and personality. And that is what guys like the most.
