you can't say anyone is the BEST because they are all different. You might think Illinois is the best, hopefully that is why you go here. But others might prefer Michigan or Wisconsin. See what I'm getting at? It's where you feel comfortable, get along with the guys, etc. Those 3 you mentioned are all strong, but have different characters. Take the time to determine where you fit in. Look at a few others as well, can't hurt to keep options open.
