I understand the general idea of what you are saying, and I agree sororities don't tend to change much in a short period of time. However: a) If they have 2 more really good rushes, at that point 3/4 of their girls will have come from good rushes, so it is realistic to say they could move up. b) I am not saying they will be at the top, #10 is smack in the middle. so I think a house that does great 3 years in a row has a chance of being average - no?
