ok.....we're smarter than the other Illinois state schools....wow !! an ACT score of 29 is the equivalent of what a 24 used to be in the 1990's.......the tests have been "dumbed down" In Korea, you cant even graduate high school with an ACT score < 30.... What's your point ?
