No and probably never will. They have to apply to remove their revocation, and FSA does NOT look kindly on you if you operate while on revocation. You're supposed to close for 4 years to let all your guys graduate out. Good news tho - 2 of the best houses are revoked and still going strong (DTD and ACACIA)
