I like your post but your timeline is off. In 1924 the following frats among others were already in their current houses: ATO Sigma Nu Kappa Sigma Acacia Sigma Chi SAE AXP (Crows) Phi Sigma Kappa Phi Delta Theta I think a few others as well. side note - back then DKE was actually good and owned the current Phi Sigma Sigma house also - Skulls (Phi Kappa Sigma) lived in the current AXiD house. You can Google 1924 Illio or any other year - a ton of info is out there!
