Certain high schools are feeder schools for certain houses, just because current members know the new freshmen if your HS sends a lot of kids here. There's a lot of downstate kids in the Greek system, though. Along with Springfield, Peoria, St. Louis, Quad Cities and other metro areas. And of course kids from rich families will always have an advantage, also athletes, good looking, outgoing personalities and maybe a couple other things. Thats logical. Don't get too worked up over it, if you want to be in the Greek system the correct house for you will pick you.
