I dont thnk really good grades alone will make you a standout, most girls will have 3.5-4.X because thaat's kind of what you need to get into this school, and it's hard to compare grades from different high schools. If, however, you were very involved in clubs, sports, volunteering (not just your graduation requirement) you can talk about that if it comes up in conversation. It is impressive if you are very involved and it will be noted. Look your best, thats all ill say. All houses want smart girls to bring up their house gpa, all houses want involved girls that will be able to run exec board. Athletic isnt as important but still a good quality.
