Generally speaking, look to those frats who built and have owned their original houses for a hundred years to find wealth & longevity. Phi Delts, ATO, Sigs, Sigma Nu & Delta Chi are generational. Others are mostly a "flash in the pan." Apologies for bursting anyone's bubble with this. People are sensitive over this category in particular.
