Im sick of seeing the same list when over the last couple years frats have been rising and falling. I get prestige but just because I would not join my house 5 years ago does not mean it should be ranked lower. Here is the list in order: Top: Sigs, SAE, Delts Lower Top: Acacia, ZBT(could be higher but bad 27s), ATO Upper Middle: Phi Psi, Fiji, SNU(social is improving a lot), AEPI(great 26+27s) Middle: Pike(Just frat douchebags and theres a reason most other frats do not like them), DChi, Phi Delt Lower Middle: Aggers, Asigs, PSK, Ksig Upper Bottom: DU, Phi Tau, Rest
