I'd say Acacia is definitely the top and best of all the frats included on this list, and that they are definitely moving up. Phi-Psi and Phi Delts are definitely middle-tier frats. Its still yet to be seen where Sig Nu will end up, but I believe they're on the rise. Not at all sold on Betas though, the few I know definitely aren't even middle-tier worthy.
