While Phi Delt isn't probably going to be a King again atleast they are a top middle house and people like hanging out with them. They are just to chill to want to be a royal house. On the other hand with houses like SAE and potentially ATO getting in trouble Acacia could definitely move up. The rest of these houses are fairly irrelevant currently.
