So, I just heard something crazy from someone at FSA. The quota this year was so low that most houses will not have enough new members to fill the live-in requirement next year. Seems most houses are doing some type of COB so the current members living in house can move out. Something is really wrong with the recruitment system. There were so many PNMs I met who were cut from legacy houses. One girl was cut from a house where her mom and sister were members. A lot dropped out before preference. Now those same houses are doing COB because they don't have enough new members? FSA better figure out a better system.
