Alpha Phi has fewer members than AOPi. Phi Sig might have better looking girls, I don't know. I am pretty sure you are right that they are more promiscuous. But they are low class. I was by frat park on move in day last fall and the people on their porch with their jean shorts looked like they just walked off a trailer park. Same with AXiD.
