1. Sigs - Consistently top house great location good events and exclusive 2. SAE- Great events good sorority relations and great location solid 26s class and claiming a name as a top house 3. Delts- Good sorority relations and great location. The house is going to drop and will probably be 5th by the next spring due to lower numbers and bad house. Definitely on the downfall 4. ZBT - great sorority relations and improving their name on campus. Great location but a mediocre house. 5. Acacia - good sorority relations but all they really have is the foam party once a year and it is mediocre according to every girl I know. Good house though and a decent 26s class 6. ATO - Dropping hard with low class numbers really bad location and only hang out with 2 sororities. All they have is the name and the good upperclassmen. Otherwise they will continue to drop 7. SNU - On the come up with improving sorority relations and great 26s and 25s class. Great bar pull and good house. They do have really bad location and weak upperclassmen classes but definitely getting up there. 8. Phi Psi - Great house great location and ok sorority relations. but the house is kinda cliquey and half of the guys are weirdos bc they always just bid everyone for the numbers. If they stop bidding everyone who walks in they could improve. 9. Fiji - Overall solid frat and great guys with good sorority relations and good bar pull. Their house sucks but it is in a great location. Nice guys and if they get good classes they could be a top house in the future. 10. Pike - All they have is the name keeping them in the top 10 and a great house. They have ok sorority relations and decent bar pull. However, bad classes, sa accusations, and aggressive guys are causing them to drop.
