Low quality guys...let's be honest only about 25% of "top house" guys are quality guys. Leaders of their frats, actual athletes, campus leaders - yeah they are top notch. But 75% of the guys are bland average guys from middle class suburbs who join to sponge off the house reputations. They accomplish nothing on campus, and just blend in and try not to stick out. They are scared to have their own personalities or do anything unique. ADPhi is more like a prestigious East Coast frat where pedigree matters and being accomplished is valued more than blending in.
