Blocks don't reflect anything because the best houses (again, DG/Theta/AXO/GPhi) will not block with a frat that is kicked off. Theta got the only top house not on probation (SAE), so the others just picked good frats from second tier. Interesting to see who WILL block with a frat that is kicked off or on probation.
