Predominately white Greek organizations have to do the work. Having a DEI board or other ways to for their membership to get involved in is a good thing. I don’t think anyone said anything about race or labeling someone as not a sister first. If a PNM is passionate about DEI (or any number of interests or ways to connect), I would suggest to ask to members during recruitment about those things! Go with your instincts, if you feel off about a chapter that’s probably not a good fit.
