If Acacia were a top house they would have revocation "On Abeyance" like Delts and Sigs. But Acacia has nowhere near the influence of those other two so they are just plain kicked off. Look, I dislike ATO - but the only 3 houses that will never be kicked off are Delts, Sigs, and ATO. Just an unfortunate fact.
