I'm sure they did have insane rush parties, because they are kicked off and therefore not following rules. That does not really say much for them. They are off campus UNTIL 2024! They will either dwindle down or really get in big legal trouble by then. You can instead join a good house that is legit and will throw just as good parties once rush restrictions are over. The ones mentioned above are good, but check out as many as you can and also look at a variety of houses while you have the chance.
