Dear DZ - it's obvious you posted all 3 of the posts above this one. Sit down and relax - you are trying too hard. Build your house up and become established - THEN go after the top houses. You have a nice new building, but it has no character yet, and who lives in the building is more important than the building itself. Aside from that Theta and DG are right on campus - you are hidden in the trees somewhere.
