Facts are facts - DZ is better than a lot of the "Top Ten" houses at this point. This seems like the "it" house in 2020 and 2021. Others are jealous their houses are 100 years old and falling apart. They are fun and unpretentious - I'd rather mix with them than DDD or APhi anyway. Maybe not DG or AXO level yet, but no one ever will be.
