I am telling you all 5 of those houses are better than Pi Kapp. However, Pi Kapp is better than the houses on the next level except for Aggers. Joke about them being an Ag house but they are very established here with an amazing building. So I would put Pi Kapp in the "Upper Bottom" tier in this thread. Just a small side note - you guys REALLY should not be bragging about partying right now. You are already on probation for a year.
