There are differences in overall attractiveness of houses for example Theta is more attractive than Phi Phi. But, overall it is on personality. Each house is like a different taste (minus the bottom ones.. they are very non selective) or flavor. Theta- known as shy-ish, nice, plain DG- A little stuck up, DDD- knows how to party G phi- Cute but can get crazy XO- Quirky, funny girls AXO- GIrl next door A Phi- Snobby ect. just to name a few traits
