Dphie is super strict about no hazing. There are no tests you have to take to get in. The “pledge” process is super relaxing. They want you to enjoy yourself and get to know everyone in a stress free environment. It’s not a sorority where older sister will bully you as a pseudo hazing thing. It’s so strict they won’t even call you a pledge because that’s considered hazing.
