honestly. the frats here are so different from each other, there isn't just a single ranking. it all depends on who you talk to in each. heres descriptions of the most talked about ones, decide for yourself who you think is "top tier" or whatever the hell it is. pike- super involved, "scholars athletes leaders" slogan gets annoying for how much they say it. solid overall mix of guys, they'll only throw down with certain sororities though. kappa sig- on the rise, they've been having a lot more events this year, sororities love them. underrated at times. not sure about involvement. alpha sig- blew up out of nowhere after last years homecoming w/ phi mu, still rising because they're newer. have good greek events for good causes. psk- funny guys, interesting mix. some are pretty boys who seem to be more interested in themselves than anything else, still cool, always throwing down. not the most involved, but trying more lately sae- the "nice guys" who still like to have fun and go out, don't really see much of them other than their philanthropy week. theta chi- a decent amount are borderline try hards, pride themselves on how they win almost every greek event, not sure of their social life, very involved with towson and always supporting all sorority events
