In reality the top fraternities are... 1) SAE- Wealthy guys who dress nice and are super involved on campus and throw the best opens 2) Phi AD- Athletic guys who care way too much about homecoming and arent complete dbags 3) Phi Psi- Good looking guys who are only 3rd because there brotherhood is super cliquey and they dont do anything on campus 4) Phi Tau- Party hard and are gym rats. the rest are irrelevant
