Frats on campus Phiad- local fraternity, also the oldest on campus, chill guys but some douches Delt- newer frat, just got a new huge house, solid classes past semester , nice guys Sae- has been relevant, last few classes are questionable, party hard Beta- newer frat, a little weird but overall nice dudes Aepi- similar to beta, some weird kids but still nice dudes involved on campus Kdr- brand new so hard to gauge, has a lot of potential with the kids they have Axp- pretty irreverent but small brotherhood Off campus frats Phi psi- newer big house, cool sporty dudes, top on/off campus Sig pi- throws luau and fall fest, some questionable dudes considering theyre off campus Phi tau- small, doesn’t do much Srats Zta- pretty girls and only goes out w top frats, a bit basic but fun Dz- had conduct trouble but still manages to be a top sorority, pretty girls Deeph- crazier girls who party hard, strong sisterhood Kd- nice girls with ties to many frats, kd and deeph can be switched Axid- some girls are a little weird but new classes has brought their stock up a lot, strong sisterhood Sk- nice girls involved with their philanthropy heavy Theta- nice girls but sisterhood a little questionable Tri sig- small but nice girls
