phi psi better than ato? thats a joke. I use to date a phi psi and he told the only reason he went phi psi was because they didn't haze, and he heard ato "hazes hard". i dumped the kid after a month. Delt and Ato are the only top two fraternities. just because ato had a bad year and and phi psi had a good one doesn't mean they deserve to be up there. -ZETA
