Top: Delt. They're the hotties with the bodies, they got the name the money and the FAME. ALL of the top tier sororities hang out with them. Their house is AMAZING. Everything about Delt is amazing. They throw parties that would be up there with fraternities at UT. Bottom Top: ATO. Delt without the House and the lost their party house. Love these boys though. Very hot and sweet. Party hardy for sure as well. Top middle. Phi Psy: These boys don't have what it takes just yet to be a top tier. But they're close. Hot guys and they got ATO's old party house. They don't party like ATO though but recently they have had some of the best, if not, the best pledge classes. Kappa Sig. These boys have came a long way. Great pledge classes and very down to earth guys. Party pretty hard but are great to chill with. Not creepy and treat women with respect. Middle: Pike: Improving pledge classes. Party hard, great tailgates. Big try-hards thogh. Sigma Chi: Derby days. Diverse brotherhood. Decent parties. Respectful SAE: Dominate intramurals. Diverse hot body guys. Improving. Very underrated by jealous frats cause they win everything. Bottom Middle Pi Phi. used to be top tier but was suspended. Have some good guys and a strong alumni. Parties are ok. Some hot guys.
