There's not a culture in which greeks hate other greeks. friendly rivalries do not equal mortal enemies. Most of everyone has friends in other fraternities. maybe you will realize this once you actually join organizations other than your own fraternity (ASG, IFC, etc) So what you're trying to propose is not a revolutionary new idea.
