Even if the girls are "catty", they still take some of the best quality girls. They are also active on campus with events, and also with the community. Chi O has stepped it up but I wouldn't say they are top tier yet. And Gamma Phi is just not on the level of the other sororities yet. They are still new and still need to establish their place here, with an annual philanthropy that everyone knows about for example. If anything I think that DG has stepped it up big time in the past few years and I think they could be the first group in the middle tier to jump to top over time.
