When I was at Texas State the top fraternities were SAE, LXA, PIKE, Signma Nu, KA. From looking at this site, all but KA are near the bottom now. Delt was probably considered one of the worst & now appears to be near the top. All of that to say, go through rush and pick the group that you fit in with the most, because what may be considered top-tier now, might not be in a couple of years.
