Of course these aren't accurate. Not when people can self-rank or holding grudges. It's not terribly far off though at the moment. SigChi is not top tier. Probably lower mid-tier but have potential. They rechartered not long ago, small, not fratty looking guys. They're doing it right and will be good years from now, but not impressing anyone at the moment. If he didn't think his chapter was good though then he probably shouldn't have joined. Maybe it's best for him.
