AlphaSig: not a very good house off campus, very active with philanthropy and events, have not thrown good parties or ragers this year, empty tailgates, small pledge class this semester, very good brotherhood, partake with low tier sororities. Low tier: Fiji: no longer have a house off campus, not active in philanthropy and events, have thrown some parties this year, non existent tailgates, un-aware of pledgeclass if exists, non existent brotherhood, do not partake in any events with sororities. Theta Chi: no current house, active in philanthropy and events, have not thrown a rager or parties, did not have tailgates, un-aware of pledge class if it exists, good brotherhood, partake with low tier sororities in events. Lambda Chi: fairly certain their chapter recently closed and is off campus. Any other fraternities: currently are forming or not active enough to make an evaluation on ranking in regards to teir placement.
