Kappa Sig is the only frat still left from the original "top tier" frats. But now that things are about to drastically change I'd say kappa Sig and phi psi will be our new "top tier". Sae and Sig chi have always been our "lower mid tier" frats but now I guess they're more "upper middle tier" frats lol. Idk. Alpha Sig is decent. I'd say them, sigma nu and maybe Pi kapp and delta Sig can hold it down as our "lower mids". I don't know anything about the rest of the frats, but I'm assuming from what everyone else is saying about them that they are going to remain bottom tier. Hope this helps!
