I swear on my dog's life I am not a zeta, but have you seen how freaking gorgeous some of those girls are? Especially the most recent pledge class. All those new San marvelous models who don't even look real they're so pretty are all zetas. If they keep getting pledge classes with girls like that in them they are going to remain top tier, I can guarantee you that. And I hate to say this because I love adpi and think they are the most well rounded of all the sororities here, but they gave out a lot of bids to average looking girls this year. There's nothing wrong with that, it actually makes me admire adpi ever more that they focus more on grades and personality. But unfortunately it is going to hurt them if they keep doing that. And dz and Axid are pretty much the same sorority in my eyes, dz just has slightly better looking girls.
