Get 2 SOLID pledge classes in a row. Pledge classes full of hot, rich white guys who aren't douches and are easy to talk to, and if you have a couple of guys who aren't hot they need to have awesome personalities. When it comes down to it, a fraternity's ranking is based off about 20% what the school thinks of them and about 80% what girls think of them. Oh, and make sure the pledge classes don't try too hard and SELF RANK on here.
