PNMS!!! There is absolutely no rule anywhere in the world that says you are not allowed to go to rush events. I repeat there is no rule anywhere that says this. There is a rule that says sorority women should not be at fraternity rush events because we and our chapters can be fined. Utilize this time to go out and have some fun before school starts. If you think a sorority girl will tell on you or something petty like "black listing you" then be on your best behavior and act like a lady. Don't makeout with guys or be dancing on tables. I went to rush events when I was rushing two years ago and I ended up having a phenomenal recruitment. The key is to stick to yourself and your freshmen friends. Don't talk to sorority women. Just don't. Go out and have a good time.
