Girls who were super involved in hs, girls with high grades, beautiful girls,girls who com from prestigious families, pretty much anyone who looks good on paper. But just know that changes a bunch throughout recruitment. Many "top pnms" end up being cut because of dull personalities, and many get bumped because of good humor and personality. Don't think too much into the top pnm thing, just go in being the best version of yourself and it will all work out.
