You'll need to go through the tranfer affiliation process, which usually involves the actives at SMU getting to know you and then voting on whether to affiliate you as an SMU active. If they vote no, you're still an "XYZ" but considered an alumna. Your sorority's national website will have more detailed and sorority-specific info than you're going to get on GR.
